Began with Quadex/202 system, added PC-based Ventura Publisher operation, then oversaw complete transition to Quark-based PostScript system, networking PCs and Macs with Linotronic imagesetters. Main clients included Details and Paper magazines.

Began as proofreader, learned Atex/202 composition system, eventually becoming lead typesetter. Programmed interface with PCs for word processor text retrieval. Set up and maintained Netware server. Main clients included Harper’s magazine and Harry N. Abrams publishers.
